Come join us March 18th, 6:30pm at Gianilli’s II with speaker Brandon Yeager.
This month Brandon is going to pull the curtain back on wholesaling and look at some common problems the vast majority of wholesalers experience, and provide a solution that makes more money, easier.
He is going to share part of his story, his misconceptions, and how he discovered the ultimate wholesaling solution. Listen how he explains his win-win proposals that can’t help but make you money.
This month, Brandon is going to take us behind the scenes and look at some owner financing deals. Several months ago, we were blessed to have Bob Struhala speak and talk about some of the awesome things he has going with owner financed properties. This month, we’ll look at some that have been crafted by Brandon, AND we’ll learn how YOU can do the same. Want a word for word script? Come to the February SWIG meeting!
Look, Baby, it might be cold outside, but it’ll be hot inside at the SWIG meeting. Oh wait. Didn’t they outlaw that song? That’s ok, we’re not politically correct, either. See you there.
This month we have none other than our own Les and Tina May, real estate investors with decades of experience and thousands of tenants to learn from. This month, Les is going to share some of his biggest Do’s and Don’ts for when you are standing in front of the Magistrate and evicting tenants. Tina is going to talk about why it’s so important to invest in rental properties and why you should start buying as soon as possible (the younger, the better).
Come and learn from some of the local areas best investors!
See you soon,
Christmas season… a time to reflect. A time to look forward. A time to spend with family and friends. And a time to just relax. That’s exactly what we have planned for our December meeting. Two things are on the agenda. We’re going to let any sponsors who would like to share something with you for a few minutes and then we are going to turn it over to you. Reflect back on the past year… and if there was something that you learned, something that struck you about your real estate journey, please share it with everyone. That’s truly what this group is about. Sharing. If you have something that can help somebody else, let us know. 🙂 Give to get!
Take care and see you soon,
PS. If I don’t see you at the party, please have a great Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
And also, don’t forget, we are having a free buffet courtesy and our wonderful sponsors.
Come join us this month as local, long time real estate veteran Bob Struhala joins us to discuss:
-how he finds deals
-how he funds the purchases without banks
-seller conversations – what to say and what not to say
-real life examples of deals
Basically, there are presentations every year that I would tell you are “MUST ATTEND” and that I’m positive you will get tons of value from….this is one of them. Nope, it’s not going to be recorded. And yes, some of you will learn things that will make you, or save you, tens of thousands of dollars.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
National Speaker Dean Manzetti invites you to the educational event October 16
I wanted to send you a quick message to let you know that National Speaker of Equity Trust Company, Dean Manzetti, will be attending our SWIG meeting this month talking about ways you might possibly reduce taxes while investing with your self-directed IRA, allowing you to do more with your retirement savings! Dean will cover:
Just like the board game, Monopoly, real estate investors can win big, or they can have unexpected happenings that set them back. Knowing what you don’t know is sometimes half the battle. This month, we’re going to peel back some landlord/tenant hotbed topics including service dogs, rubbish disposal, hoarders, and more. We’re also going to look at some adverse possession updates, real estate contract law and most importantly, how to make more income and reduce your risk by knowing potential legal pitfalls in advance.
This is going to be jam packed with useful stuff that is sure to spark some conversations at our meeting.
See you there.
We hope your July is off to a great start! Our annual summer picnic with the other local investor’s groups will be held in place of July’s meeting on Monday the 16th at Indian Lake Park at 5pm. Please bring the entire family! We will have corn hole, fishing, food, folks, & fun! So come on out for some hot dogs & good times!
See you there!
Jim Kaufman, serial entrepreneur, CPA & House Buying Addict, will share an overview of what it takes to enjoy a nice and comfortable lifestyle without spending 45 years in the rat race counting the days to turn 65.
Jim will discuss self employment, rental properties, the BRRRR method and flips among many other topics. Jim walks the talk and is one of the most motivated and self-driven individuals I know.
Come on out and join us!
